Booking Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you book and pay for a session.

These terms apply when you book and pay for a session through our online booking system.
Booking a place. You book sessions for your registered child through your account. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis, so a session may fill before you book it.
Booking cut-offs. Online booking for a morning session closes at 6:00pm the day before. Booking for an after-school session closes at 12:30pm on the day. These times make sure our registers are accurate before each session.
Payment. You can pay by card online, by Tax-Free Childcare or childcare vouchers using the payment reference we give you, or in person at the club by cash or card. A booking is confirmed once payment is received, and card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Funded and no-charge places. Where a place is fully funded or otherwise free of charge, your booking is confirmed at no cost and you will still receive a confirmation.
Cancellations and refunds. If you cancel a booking you have paid for by card, we refund the amount you paid less the card processing fee we were charged, which is shown to you at the time of booking. Payments made by voucher, Tax-Free Childcare or cash are refunded by arrangement with the club. If we cancel a session (for example due to closure), you receive a full refund including any fee.
Your child’s information. You are responsible for giving us accurate and up-to-date information about your child, including any medical, allergy or dietary needs, so we can care for them safely.
Behaviour and safeguarding. The safety and wellbeing of every child is our priority. Our care is provided in line with our safeguarding and operational policies, available on request.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed. Significant changes will be communicated to you.
